To maintain the sanctity and ensure the seamless execution of the Ganga Aarti, please ensure the following venue arrangements are finalized.
Designated area for Pandits and ritual equipment. The space must be cleared and ready for our team to begin configuration.
A private room for 24 hours for the team to rest, change, and prepare the sacred ritual items.
Sacred offerings to be used throughout the chanting and the Aarti ceremony.
Traditional sattvic or simple meals arranged for the team during their stay.
Coordination of pick-up and drop-off from the nearest transport hub.
Audio and physical infrastructure provided by the venue host.
These arrangements help maintain the sanctity of the ritual. Our team will coordinate directly with your event manager or wedding planner upon arrival to verify setup and readiness. For any deviations, please inform us 48 hours in advance.
